very clean, nice rooms, good breakfast and dinner, polite and english speaking staff, good location
too much noise from the surrounding area I couldn't sleep all night
Excellent value for money in a good position, just a few minutes from the beach, bars, and clubs. This is a centally located hotel in a resort renowned for its nightlife so there is alot of noise in peak season from clubs, but if you wanted a quiet hotel dont book one in the centre of Magaluf/Palmanova! Personally, I loved the vibrant surroundings. The food was great considering the rate and the whole hotel was spotless.
Amazing value at 50 euros a night for a double. No one should complain although I notice some do. I say get realistic with the price and you will be pleased it pleasantly surprises. Great location too, very central but not that rowdy
The breakfast was excellent. Hotel was just 2 min walk from the beach.
If your going to have fun that is the right place, but not for relax. You cannot sleep at night. Music from the bars very loud and guests of hotel bang on your door at 5 am just for fun.
the only thing i liked was the location 2 mins walk from the beach.. breakfast was ok
it didnt make it clear that the hotel was in wild night life, we couldn sleep very noisy with the drunks and also my bed was half broken. the furniture were about 40 years old, i couldnt wait to leave from majorca cause of the hotel it was awful!l never again! if u want peace and quite dont go there. also there is no kettle in the room or hairdryer you have to rent it extra 10 euros for each item.. dinner was disgusting.
It was close to the bars
Rooms were small, beds were uncomfortable. Getting woken up at 6 am by groups of young lads who had been out on the beer. Expensive bar prices.
Very good meal, close to the sea 5 min walk
The staff were all very good, lots of variety of food and plenty of it. Rooms ok and cleaned everyday.
The Hotel itself being very close to Magaluf was it's minus point, lots of teenagers staying there, some 3 or 4 to a room, it was all very noisy especially about 4 5 6 in the morning when they were coming back from the clubs, drunk and shouting and banging on doors to be let in etc. Would only recommend this Hotel if you are 18 years old.
Room too small, bathroom poor, safe not included in room charge, and the cost of renting it exorbitant, breakfast food apalling, hotel bar was customer free during our stay,no free wi fi.
Didn't like the fact that when we arrived we were told that we had one room less than we had booked . I had to have a heated conversation with the reception staff to sort it out even though I had phoned in advance to check that the rooms we had booked were ok I have visited the hotel for the last 4 years and found it ok but this year found it to be really rowdy in the day and so noisy at night that my party had vary little sleep as from 3 in the morning till about 5 all you would hear would be shouting and banging on doors. This could of been sorted out by giving each person in a room a key each instead of one per room. And having a security person in reception
Clean, food was good. Most of the staff good. Location is perfect and surrounding bars are good. Not as noisy as usual hotels near magaluf.
Some of the reception staff appear to treat everyone like a magaluf party animal. Should show some more respect to customers. Please to say this did not apply to all reception staff.........
Hotel is very noisy and mainly drunken 18-30 year olds, made reservation months ago and was told when arrived that we were not booked in. Would never stay there again. Receptionist was not fussed about wether we were booked in or not
Breakfast quite ok, large choice for a 3* hotel ...
Very very noisy!!!! It's too close to Magaluff main street where the drunk english spend all nights wondering around!!!! Poor rooms with poor furniture, smelling (cigarette especially), not very clean, towels are not changed every day, the sheets not at all during our stay!!!
For the price the hotel was decent. The location is also good if you want to be right next to the party strip in Magaluf. The morning breakfast buffet was also decent. The best part about Magaluf was the beaches and the pirate show we went to see.
It's not so much the hotel but the whole town of Magaluf that my girlfriend and I didn't like. We just came from Ibiza City where we enjoyed being immersed in spanish language and culture, and partying at some amazing clubs. However Magaluf is not the same. There is no spanish culture in this town, most restaurant menus are english only and even most staff in hotels, restaurants and bars are from the uk. At night the party strip turns into a zoo for british teenagers. I'm in my mid-twenties and love to party, but trust me this is not the spot. All the discos are small and play crappy music. The street is full of packs of teenage guys and girls being roudy, cheep lapdance bars with ugly uk girls working in them, and africans trying to sell you oversize sunglasses and other party toy garbage. Definitly not going back to Magaluf
good location. meals lovely staff great.
rooms were a bit small but ok for a few nights. great for stag and hen party's.
